Our firm, which was founded by Cy Goldberg in 1984, provides effective legal representation, strong advocacy and sound advice. In addition to Mr. Goldberg, the firm’s partners are Lori Miller, Jason Rubin, Eamon Merrigan, Richard Castagna and Matthew Moroney, who began their legal careers at the firm and collectively have been associated with the firm for well over half a century. Additionally, most of our associates began their legal careers at the firm and all have been mentored and trained to handle matters consistent with our standards. During the past decade, our firm ventured into new practice areas while continuing to increase responsiveness to our clients’ needs. Our firm actively and successfully practices in several areas and has obtained several hundred defense victories at trial and in arbitration. We also prosecuted several complex civil RICO claims, a number of which resulted in multi-million dollar victories for our client.
